ROGER FAY - President
Roger received his Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering from Columbus State Community College. For over 10 years he worked as a Network Technician at Horizon Telecom and Translation Engineer for Horizon PCS a Sprint PCS affiliate. He spent 8 years as a small business owner, operating two retail locations. Roger spent 8 years in the welding and safety compliance industry with Airgas USA LLC before joining Compass Integration in his current role as President. Roger enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with his family, home improvement projects and going to baseball games. |

JOE CORBIN - Technology Consultant
Joe is a 45-year veteran of the telecom, wireless carrier and Information Technology industries. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Compass Integration and now provides Information Technology and Telecom consulting services. He was the former VP of Engineering & Operations for Horizon Telcom and VP of Engineering & Operations for Sprint PCS affiliate Horizon PCS. He is past president of the Ross County Community Improvement Corporation, Chillicothe Noon Rotary, Chillicothe Lions Club, is an active member of the Scioto Valley Amateur Radio Club and a volunteer with the Pike County Emergency Management Agency. He is a United States Marine Corps aviation veteran and enjoys the outdoors and woodworking. |

LINDA CALDERONE
Linda has worked in the Telcom industry since 1995. She is currently the President of LBC Consulting Services, providing Project Management and Consulting Services and serves as Vice-President of Operations with Compass Integration. She has worked with Horizon in the capacity of Project Manager for Engineering and Construction to build the Fiber Backbone in 34 counties to serve Community Anchor Institutions in southern Ohio. She also worked previously with Horizon PCS, a Sprint PCS affiliate, in the capacity of Site Development/Property Manager building a PCS network in 12 states. She enjoys time with her family, traveling, home improvement projects and football, particularly the Pittsburgh Steelers. |

NIWAT JARUWANNAKORN
Niwat received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from The Ohio State University in 2004. He worked for Palmer-Donavin Manufacturing Company as a system administrator intern for a year before returning to Chillicothe. He served as a computer/network technician for Integrated Services of Appalachian Ohio in Chillicothe and Waverly until he joined Compass Integration. Niwat enjoys hiking and spending time with his family. |

JARED MIDGLEY
Jared has worked in the IT industry since 2009. After attending DeVry, he landed a job with an architect firm in Columbus, where he served as a Systems Administrator for over a decade, continuing service through remote work after moving away from the area. Prior to joining Compass Integrations, Jared worked for a local Managed Service Provider, serving a large variety of businesses and clients, using his expertise in Networking, Hardware, and Operating Systems. In his down-time Jared enjoys good food, time with his family, watching movies, and reading Manga. |

HARRY MCQUINIFF
Harry has lived in Ross County for most of his life, studied Chemistry, Psychology, and Computer Science at the University of Cincinnati, and served in the Army Reserves for six years. Harry has had a passion for computers and networking his entire life, his experience and love for technology has come together perfectly after joining Compass Integration. He has a background in Sales, Culinary, and Manufacturing industries. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, videogames, motorcycles, friends, and family. |
